Only 10-15% of the business bandwidth will be guaranteed, while the rest of the mobile side will take measures including forcing packet loss to ensure that the overall limit ratio is maintained. It is expected that service quality for all mobile network services within the province of Guangdong will decline significantly starting July 16. |
