Dear customer,
We cordially invite you to migrate your storage virtual machine with IP address 150.x.x.x to our new plan based on RAID-10.
The new plan offers better performance and redundancy, and provides 20 GB of NVMe disks for the operating system because most modern operating systems perform poorly on mechanical drives.
Since the size of the storage virtual machine is too large, it cannot be automatically migrated. However, we can provide the following options for you:
1) Create a new virtual machine with the same specifications and new IP address. Your old/current virtual machine and the new virtual machine will remain online for 14 days. We will then close the old virtual machine or if you notify us that the data has been successfully migrated, we can close the old virtual machine at a later time. In such cases, we can move your old IP address to the new virtual machine.
2) We can delete your current virtual machine and create a new one with the same specifications and the same IP address. In this case, you need to restore your data from your own backup.
