I just registered an Japanese phone number, and I found a VPS in Japan called xserver vps on Google. It's around 450 yuan per year, with no data limit, but only 100 Mbps of bandwidth. The YouTube streaming is not really a problem because it doesn't require 4K resolution, but the latency is high at 200 ms. This is similar to the lag you get from Green Cloud on a connection between Jiangsu Province and Chongqing. The Green Cloud service has a data limit, which makes it less comfortable.
