American PayPal won't let you withdraw to balance if it doesn't have your SSN, too bad. I had to pay 1.5% of the RMB withdrawal fee before for small amounts. But they changed their rule last year, and now anyone with less than $2K in revenue in a year has to pay a $29.95 annual fee. I've been charged once already this year. Can anyone recommend any cheaper USD payment channels? Wise seems good but how much does it charge to convert USD to RMB? |
