The post was edited by Meidian on November 11th at 3pm. Today I sent a parcel through the express service of SF Express. The package is small enough to fit in a palm and weighs less than one kilogram. According to the platform's estimation, the express fee will be between 13-15 yuan.
In simple terms, the express worker packed it up using a large box because the volume occupied by the large box was larger than the original weight, thus he charged me about ten yuan extra for the overweight charge. The express box itself also had to pay an additional cost. In total, I spent around thirty yuan, which far exceeded the estimated expense.
I didn't want to argue with the express worker so I directly reported the case on the SF Express app. After the SF Express verified the truth of my report, they offered me a discount and punished the express worker as well. I felt that the punishment was too severe; I regretted reporting him since originally, I would have just made a few extra dollars from this transaction.
Later on, when I replied to the express worker, he called me twice but I did not answer his call. How do I face him?... |
