I bought an iPhone 8P from a seller for $300. Everything was confirmed and I sent the payment. When I received the package, it turned out to be a broken Vivo phone that could not be opened. I applied for a refund, but the seller refused. The seller asked me to open the box via video call, which is crazy because I have no idea if he recorded the opening of the box. There's nothing I can do about it as there's no evidence. Really furious! Then I found out that the seller's shipping and receiving addresses were both at a菜鸟驿站, which means I couldn't do anything against him. Really furious! |
