A few days ago, I bought an elliptical machine on JD. After installing it, I felt that it was too big. But the original product packaging had been taken away by another aunt. It's just without original packaging.

I then ordered a thick box online for 170 yuan and applied for a refund (I had already told the store's customer service about not having original packaging and inside foam).

The return shipping fee was 450 yuan plus more than 60 kg but DPD calculated the weight based on volume, which led to an insurance claim being automatically issued.
However, the manufacturer refused to accept it now. What should I do? It feels quite troublesome.
