Install Shadowsocks and SOCKS5 management script with V4 priority.

To set up Shadowsocks and SOCKS5 management scripts with V4 priority, based on Xray. Only tested in Debian/Ubuntu.


A Bash script for installation is available at: Shadowsocks-v4first.

Instructions:
1. Install Shadowsocks
2. Modify Shadowsocks configuration
3. Install SOCKS5
4. Modify SOCKS5 configuration
5. Uninstall the installed proxy
6. Modify the IPv4 priority setting
7. Optimize the network
8. Display the proxy configuration information
