Soon after that, there was an instant response from technical support. They arranged for a team of technicians to investigate the issue. It turned out that the motherboard had failed. They replaced it with a new motherboard at no cost. Everything is back up and running now. Free! Not all companies provide such excellent customer service. Some mjjs may send a TK and pay to have their issues resolved. Their customer service is top-notch!
