Our own development team's capabilities are limited, and the iteration cycle is long, with bugs taking weeks or even months to fix. We currently need to update our big version, and the boss wants to invite one to two third-party software companies to participate in closed development, with an estimated period of 90-100 days. I'm not familiar with this, except for providing round-trip transportation fees and all-inclusive food and lodging expenses. How should I be prepared? For example, can't we just stay in hotels for the entire development period like going to jail, how long do you think the third-party engineers will go out once a week? Is it better to pay upfront and settle after the验收, or to phase payments? Besides the food and lodging, do we need to provide additional technical support such as network support and cloud server support? Since we have a dedicated cloud server for development testing, the hotel's network usually isn't great. Do we really need to prepare an unlimited data traffic card like DingTalk cards? |
