The current education system aims to channel some students into high school while others go for vocational training (have I misunderstood?).
If it's genuine, it signifies that every profession can produce exceptional individuals; if not, it implies the分流教育 fails, with vocational courses being less desirable.

Regardless of its validity, eventually, it must prove true, even if not academically, to prevent a complete failure in the current分流. Will the future see elite education, similar to the US model?
