Is it better to source directly from brands or local factories for full house customization?

When it comes to full house customization, I've seen that brands generally use particle board. I've also checked out some local full house customization factories and they're using OSB and MDF板材。请问这两种哪个比较好呢？是不是因为封边工艺的不同呢？
