What does Wificalling do to get full?

FreedomPop's 0$ plan,
1. Without using the ladder, one signal can only receive text messages and make phone calls with no signal.
2. With the ladder (vmess + tls), one signal can receive and send text messages and make phone calls directly without any signal.
Is there a way to get full signal strength and also be able to call and text?
It is said that V2 does not support UDP, but using that hy does not work either with one signal.
Anyone else willing to join in the research?
