Should there be an election thread for fights?

What happens when they argue? Let the moderator post a voting thread and then silence them. Also, recently, the moderator has been neglecting his duties. It's not right to constantly label people as scammers and seeing them still alive on the forum after so many times of being labeled. I think it's time for someone to take a look.
