About 51la statistics have questions.

There is an odd phenomenon that I have removed the statistical code, both on PC and mobile, and checked repeatedly to make sure it was not added elsewhere. But during this time when I removed the code, there were still some IP addresses logging in to their 51la backend every day. This is what? Wasn't I already removing the statistical code? Could anyone know about this? This could be due to caching, but shouldn't they have been gone for many days by now? Through F12 page inspection and whole site download check of the code, I didn't see those statistics after removing them. Then how can these statistics still be counted even after the removal if the code was already removed?
