I have been continuously logging in to the cloud service but getting the error message "password incorrect". I have changed my password multiple times and still cannot access it. I thought it might be related to my keyboard, but when I checked online, it turned out that someone else had stolen my account. Before this incident, I was unable to log in to the cloud due to not changing my authentication method on my phone. After trying to recover my SR account, I sent an email reporting my account as being stolen. The customer support did not seem to be aware of what happened. I am seeking assistance from the community members to know how to effectively report the issue so that the cloud provider can help me regain access to my account. Additionally, I'm unsure about what steps I should take to prevent such issues from happening again. |
