Can I bypass the $300 three-month free trial on Google Cloud?

Start directly by paying for it, both credit card is successfully bound with Google Pay and Google Payments. However, using Google Cloud for free cannot be successful and prompts failure. Can you not pay 300 dollars for the free use? I did not see any option to directly pay for Google Cloud. You have to use it for three months for free?
