There was a classmate of mine in primary school who sat at the back, had poor grades, and was quite老实。 We would kick him or hit him every now and then。 Sometimes we even played together but it didn't affect our occasional bullying of him。 Boys and girls bullied him too, and if he resisted someone's bullying, they would feel that everyone is treating you like this and why should you resist me when others do so? I remember asking him once, some people clearly can't beat you yet bully you, yet you don't retaliate, his reply was that his parents told him “give them money for hurting you”。 It seems like an old statement made by a small child, how important it is to have good education at home。 Later on all went to university, one year there was a reunion with my classmates, I was really looking forward to seeing him come, not because I wanted to apologize to him but just to see how much he has changed。 Whether he will continue to be like what his family raised him up to be or not。 Later on he did not show up, asked around and no one knew his contact details。 I think if you find your child being bullied, you need to stand up for him, don't make it seem as though its nothing and let it go when it happens, only if he tells his parents about it can anything be saved, otherwise its a lost cause。 Like what I mentioned earlier, all these kids are thinking you should be the one getting bullied since everyone else does so. Everyone bullies you.
