I've encountered an issue where my .cn domain is suspended from DNS resolution with no clear explanation. It's redirecting to 0.0.0.0 entirely.
My website contains legitimate content and holds the necessary authorization certificates.
The entire site consists of a collection of around dozens of pure static HTML pages.
Upon contacting customer support, their initial response indicated that the registry has placed it on hold, preventing any transfers or resolutions.
Later, they issued another support ticket stating that due to directives from relevant authorities, the ZHA-related domain has been suspended from resolving.
They suggested referring to the information provided to contact the concerned department for specific details. The contact points are as follows: Anti-ZHA Center at 01x-678xxx, 01x-678xxx, and 1xxxxx961x0. They advised reaching out to the Anti-something Center for clarification.
This has left me quite alarmed. Can anyone with knowledge shed light on the situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not tech-savvy; I only have 360's software suite installed on my computer. I sincerely request someone knowledgeable to explain what's happening, as I'm genuinely worried.
