The next batch of Tokyo cleanup work is about to begin. This is an unofficial official notification, all services that were not purchased in Tokyo may become targets according to the lowest income servers, lowest-priced services and most inactive accounts. The cleanup work could be done individually as small groups or in batches, with faster cleanup if service interruption occurs. I wrote this short version of my long post; I believe it conveys what's going to happen, we've already explained why in another comment.
