Why is my proxy repeatedly being blocked? I've been using xui for several self-hosted ones.

Recently, all other small chickens' nodes were fine for about two months, except one American one that kept being blocked repeatedly. The reason was that it submitted the IP and could only use it for 1 week at most. It would be blocked again after using it. There was no stable node over 1 week. I just occasionally used it myself without sharing it with anyone. 1) XUI's backend port has been changed. 2) The node traffic seems to be normal. 3) XUI's panel login account and password is not default. 4) XUI's panel URL root path has been changed.
