As per the title, I know it's illegal, but I can't resist the fees for cross-border transfers in banks, so I use U to exchange foreign currency to save some fees. How much is it that you're sentenced? I just want to use it less. It's non-profit, so I exchange it for daily use at home. The big head is still using domestic Visa cards, and sometimes they don't work here. |
