Services: Nigerian BVN+NIN (40U)
BEN: A system introduced by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2014 to ensure bank account security and prevent identity theft and financial fraud.
NIN: A national identification number issued by the National Identity Management Commission for confirmation and recording of the identity of Nigerian citizens and legal residents.
For Chinese citizens residing in Nigeria, it can be used:
1. Bybit, bitget, OKX, Binance etc. for exchange registration;
2. For Nigerian bank wallets such as chipper, paga, palmpay, kuda, moniepoint, klasha, opay, cardify etc.;
3. Any platform that supports Naijians' certification worldwide (such as Ucard platform, walkertech platform etc.) can be certified.
Service: To print out an electronic document and issue a utility bill for water/electricity use (Total Price: 40U)
PS: The BVN+NIN registered on the official database uploaded by the government, can be verified through their website. There is also a Nigerian passport available, but it's more expensive if you have both BVN+NIN and prices are not recommended. |
