I have all the necessary documents ready for ID card, birth certificate, passport, Hong Kong and Macao passes, credit cards, credit card statements, electricity bills (the names of my home), etc.
I want to directly slap the customer in the face and give it to him. I think that I can only actively kyc with no problem.
Yesterday's cancellation was really annoying. They cancelled me for SSD drives and HDDs as well.

The customer service guy has been very rude.
I've had two times already.
First time when I applied for tax exemption, he said that I could provide the required documents myself, but then, sir, you're now exempted from paying taxes. It seems like we don't even need to make a purchase.
Second time when I placed an order, they canceled it again, and told me that the refund would be processed after 20 days. This refund process is extremely slow, and I called the bank. The bank representative didn't know anything about it either.
Finally, I mentioned that I didn't go through KYC, and the customer service agent asked me to place another order so that they can contact me.
