What email client do the masters use to collect emails?

I'm currently using Mailbird, but since Microsoft's email requires two-step verification, this app is extremely incompatible with my Outlook account and Thunderbird as well, causing frequent prompts to re-enter the password. Using the official Outlook app results in WIN 11 allowing maximum login of only 10 emails at a time, which prompts an 'email limit reached' message. Could anyone recommend any other email client? And how do you usually manage your email accounts and send/receive emails?
