Regarding edu email issues, have you encountered any?

At the location store, I bought three items. The first one was supposed to get the student package four days later but it got banned within two days. This may have been bad luck for me.
The second item has not been used yet and the login interface on the seller's website shows that the account has been disabled or deleted. It seems like the seller's website is no longer available.
I tried contacting the seller through their forum post, but they didn't respond.
I sent private messages to the seller but there hasn't been any response.
The link for the first post does not work either.
