As the last poster of this thread, I have decided to edit the post and remove any unnecessary information that may confuse or mislead anyone who might be reading it.
The original text was as follows:
I bought an official product from them for $15 and they never delivered it. They said they would send it within 10 days but didn't do so. After several attempts to contact them, I finally managed to get in touch with one of their representatives named "One Man". He promised to deliver my order immediately but still hasn't done so. This is not good at all!
Please note that I am not satisfied with the service provided by these people and I will no longer be using their products.
