Where are Authy desktop and browser versions? What are people using now?

Last month, Authy was hit by a hack where they disabled their desktop and browser versions as well as their API after being hacked. It seems like it was to prevent further hacking attempts...

But this is too much restriction now. Now no matter what I do, I have to take out my phone to get OTP. This is really unbearable.

Are there any 2FA software that you guys use? Do you know of any that has a desktop version?
